Establish monthly performance bonus scheme for department employees, and continuously optimize the scheme. 6. Responsible for establishing department organizational chart; optimizing the operation process and take resource integration with 6 Sigma Lean management system, personnel quantity of the logistics department has been reduced from 155 in September 2017 to 85 right now.7. Responsible for receiving all raw materials purchased from suppliers.8. According to the requirement of production order, sorting quantities of the materials accurately which the order needed, and deliver to the specified area timely, meantime handover it with production personnel. 9. Picking goods according to the customers' JIT demand, and deliver the goods on time.10. Maintain more than 10,000 materials’ WM SAP system master data.11. Maintain more than 60000 warehouse BINS’ WM SAP system master data.12. Responsible for 9,000 warehouse management and 7000 ㎡3 PL warehouse management. Total expense of 3 PL warehouse decreased from 5.9 million in 2018 to 4.6 million in 2020.13. Work closely with other relevant departments of the factory, and make sure daily operation normally.14. Responsible for support other site of the group, like Tianjin plant, Chengdu plant, and Thailand in warehouse design, equipment evaluation, personnel training and operation process establishment.15. Establish logistics supplier management practice, and operation standard, response for 3PL development, selection, and management. 13. 1. Understand and ensure all activities in compliance with the Corporate HSE policy, related standards and guidance notes. Improve HSE management systems; ensure all activities fully comply with the legislation.2. 1. Order management: Manage customer orders; get up production plan and delivery plan with product department, delivery cargos to the customer on time discussed together.2. Raw materials purchasing: Purchase the raw materials according to the requirements of the orders, following cargo and make sure it will arrive before production plan is determined. Fulfil production and reduce the order quantity, limit cost expenditure.3. Production Planning: According to the customer's order to formulate relevant production plan, make sure goods can be completed on time.4. Delivery arrangement: Delivery the cargos safely and on time, control the shipment cost.5. Warehouse inventory: Assist the finance department to take stock counting once a month, ensure inventory accuracy of raw materials and finished products and semi-finished products.6. Coordinate internal process and external supplier to ensure customer satisfaction.7. Establish standard working process of the department; ensure all the workers follow the SOP, training new employees.
