Deng Ke is now the CFO and Board Secretary of Apowo Networks, a leading youth gaming company based in Shanghai, China.Prior to joining Apowo Nerworks, Deng Ke was a Vice President in the private equity firm Milestone Capital, a China Shanghai -based private equity fund with close to US$1 billion under management. He is resposbile for the origination and execution of deals in China, in the TMT, consumer and healthcare market.Prior to joining Milestone Capital, Deng Ke has worked in CICC's Investment Banking Division in Shanghai, covering clients and projects in Shanghai / Jiangsu / Zhejiang and working on IPO, restructuring, M&A and private equity.Prior to joining CICC, Deng Ke has worked as an investment banker in Singapore with CIMB Group, the largest investment bank in Malaysia, where he specialized in IPOs, mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, private placements and other secondary offerings. He covered Greater China and completed 4 IPOs of Chinese firms in Singapore and a number of advisory deals for his Chinese clients.
