Researcher affiliated with Chalmers University of Technology with the primary task of measuring the correlation between human behaviors and outcome quality in the services sector (e.g. healthcare, financial services, hospitality, Information Technology). Funded by the Swedish National Board for Industrial and Technical Development, the research combined academic disciplines in service quality management (SQM), cognitive psychology, linguistics and computer science. My PHD thesis was eventually completed at Roskilde University.
