Excited to be taken on as part of the Thrall Lab at Fordham University. I will be working closely with my lab members and Professor Thrall using single-molecule fluorescence microscopy to understand mechanisms of the multi-protein complexes that carry out DNA replication and repair in model bacterial species.

During my internship at ONS I had the opportunity to shadow two doctors specializing in sports medicine. Over the course of my experience, I gained hands-on exposure to patient care, diagnosis, and treatment planning for a variety of sports-related injuries. I observed advanced procedures, including injury assessments, imaging reviews, and rehabilitation strategies tailored to athletes and active individuals. This experience broadened my understanding of orthopedic medicine, particularly in the areas of joint injuries, musculoskeletal health, and post-surgical recovery, while enhancing my passion for sports medicine.
