Post electronic and manual payments, refunds, selfpays-cash & credit ,denials (with reason/transaction codes), and adjustments with appropriate action to accounts within timely manner to completion. Add notes to cash log or patients account to help in resolving account. Reconcile daily batches with posting log/receipts. Run audits or reports to verify reconciliation. Review EOBs or EOPS for reimbursement discrepancies. Review department policy and guidelines to insure compliance. Register and enroll with government, and commercial payers, and clearing houses per NPI, TIN, and/or PTAN numbers Have experience working in multiple EMR systems: EPIC (limited), Evolv, Brightree, Perfect, Meditech, Continulink, and WellSky.
