Body 20 is an Electro Muscle Stimulation Studio (franchise ) where I worked as an EMS Trainer. My duties included personal training (EMS), lead capturing, telesales, deal closing, customer services, but were not limited to front desk duties such as working as a receptionist when I did not have clients, taking calls, filing, report writing, making client bookings and checking emails, cleaning the studio was also a part of my duties.

Black Opal Face of Zimbabwe was a project I ran with the Marketing Director and it was the first beauty pageant of its kind in the country. After leaving Black Opal Cosmetics Zimbabwe I was still hired as a consultant and a coach for the models that entered the competition. My duties included training the models on how to walk, talk, pose, do their makeup, dress, smile, and choreographed their stage positions and performances.

My duties included being head makeup artist for the brand, project management, marketing, sales management team assistant, event planning, coordination, and management, media spokesperson and brand representative.

Image Magic Promotions is a corporate branding and gifting company. My duties included lead generation, telesales, deal closing, order processing, conference marketing, customer care, sales management, client account/portfolio management, delivery, and follow‐up calls to ensure customer satisfaction.

Amaras Health Spa is an international award‐winning Spa located in the city of Harare in Zimbabwe. I worked there as the receptionist and the administrative assistant to the Director (owner) of the spa. My duties included making client bookings, petty cash management, daily takings reports, marketing, event planning, event coordination as well as managing the director's travel itineraries, her diary, emails, meeting bookings and minutes taking, appointments (both work and personal ) school run, and customer care (guest relations).
