Denice Pitt has over 30 year’s leadership experience in the education, technology, telecommunications and outsourcing industries. She has been Chief Executive Officer of OES (Online Education Services) since its inception as a start-up in July 2011. Today, OES is generating c.$200m revenue p.a. with 1,300 employees globally. It is a market leading international operation and is part of the largest division of ASX listed $10Billion market cap SEEK Ltd. Denice is a people focussed leader who inspires OES’s global team to realise the company vision to be the world’s most impactful enabler of education. Employee engagement has regularly been measured at more than 80% and this has culminated in OES receiving best employer awards on multiple occasions and being awarded AON Australia’s Best Employer in 2017.In a previous role as CEO of UCMS Group Ltd, Denice led a team of 3,000 employees with $100m revenue p.a. Key achievements in this role include successfully listing the company on the ASX and being awarded Telstra Victorian Business Women of the Year 2008.Currently also a Non-Executive Director (NED) of Royal Automobile Club of Victoria (RACV), Studiosity Pty Limited, Proversity. Org and Firbank Grammar. Denice holds a Masters of Business Management and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
