To assist construction manager, monitoring and managing all activities at worksite2. To plan, manage and coordinate crews and workers to work accordingly to project schedule3. Geotech Science is a geotechnical instrumentation company which not only provide consulting services such as, instrumentation, surveying (specialize in automated monitoring system) and implementation method as well as software, but also produce supportive instruments such as strain gauge, inclinometer, tiltmeter, transducer, multiplexer, logger and so on. I have to know and truly understand how to use and to implement all of the instruments on site. Design and plan are needed before installation. Then, software and result of monitoring system must be installed to client's PC or laptop . the result and graphical data of monitoring movement is analyzed and presented to our client for discussing about safety condition on site every day, every week and every month.My projects1. During my master degree, I got tuition fee scholarship for 2 years until graduated. in order to gain extra money for living in Taiwan. I had to got a job as research assistant during summer vacation from my adviser professor in two years. the job was also used as my graduate thesis. that was to estimate the feasibility of old bridges due to corrosion in Taiwan by using pushover analysis. such as xian ren bridge in Nantou and Jian Shan bridge in Miaoli.

my role as site engineer was to design, plan and supervise a new office for maintenance department in factory. from architect drawing, by using sketchup and Autocad 2D, to Electrical plan was designed and implemented. procurement and material were estimated before purchased to avoid oversupply. the office was constructed using timber and plywood as partition. the project finished in 4 months.at the same time, I had to assist my supervisor in case of maintenance job and new furnace project. in this project, bored pile and matt foundation was used. we as the owner have to ensure the progress in time and no problem
