I have a massive appetite for making a difference to organisations by bridging the gap between operational requirements and the need for proper people practices. I work hand in hand with management to outline the necessary evils of HR 'bureaucracy' & policy, as well as show them the value added when implemented correctly. In this way I build relationships and cultivate trust in the process while highlighting HR as a key business partner. My fulfillment is found in bringing positive change to my clients by understanding their challenges and determining how best we can solve them together. My goal is to help employees and business to make sure that the human isn't seen as just a resource and that the organisation isn't seen as just a meal ticket. Sometimes we forget how mutually beneficial a good employment relationship can be, and in that case...all one needs is a little reminder... a little shove in the right direction. I am little.
