My main responsibilities are:- Track and report overall program progress, future milestones, risks and help needed items to senior management. - Track forecasts and actual spend of the various projects in the program, and review regularly with management.- Create business cases to request budget from leadership and finance.- Write Statements of Work prior to supplier engagement, get information from the team on functional and non-functional requirements, KPls that need to be tracked, risks & dependencies. Review and get approval from Supplier Management and provide support until signing.- Review supplier invoices prior to payment to ensure accuracy. - Work with various teams to capture and validate costs & benefits for process improvement projects. I report these numbers as well as status for each project to senior leadership.- Administer tools used by the teams such as Azure Dev Ops, SharePoint sites, Outlook mailing lists, etc. - Administer external supplier user access to the enterprise network, and tools needed to perform their statement of work.- I step in to provide project management support to individual projects in the program, if needed.
