Provide expert advice and guidance to Saskatchewan employers in all employment standards matters. Review, prepare and execute policies and procedures to reduce and/or eliminate costly litigation. Conduct workplace investigations that are impartial and objective. Prepare various settlement agreements, training and employment contracts, confidentiality and non disclosure, harassment complaint forms, job description forms and other workplace documents. Audit payroll records and pay structures to ensure compliance with legislation and government policies. Develop and produce employee handbooks; discipline, harassment, social networking, personal electronic devices, conflict of interest, alcohol and drug-free workplace, smoke-free workplace and company vehicle and credit card use policies.Support employers with employment standards complaints and represent owners in administrative tribunals.
