Promoting from within- junior staff to senior coaching positions. In addition, developing staff to senior roles within other high-performance organisations. (RFU/NRL) • Player DevelopmentAccountable for the vision and purpose of the performance department. Key focus was academy player development for the long-term sustainability of the club. Over 7-year period 20+ graduated to the senior team.• Key Outcomes Over a 7-year period with a team on the lowest salary cap spend across the league I was able to take the team to a Challenge cup semi-final 2014, two top 8 playoffs, and the clubs highest league finish for 30 years in 2016.
