- Health and Safety: enforce, support and develop the Health and Safety Program. - P&L: Ensure flex and fixed model budget are maintained and accurate.- Continuous Improvement Programs: Develop, Budget, Maintain and Support - Tracking of performance in all areas of Supply Chain: Safety, Financial, Quality, Productivity, etc…- Activity: Monitor Daily Activities to ensure all requirements are met. Establish a line of communication with Customers, Supervisors, Dock Clerks and floor associates to ensure timely communications of challenges.- IRA: Establish procedures for all business functions to ensure 99% Accuracy. Responds timely to challenges with direction for all associates/clients/affiliates for resolution.- Supplies and Maintenance of Equipment; Establish a preventive maintenance program to ensure equipment available for the production needs. Ensure supplies are ordered and/or parts to include fuel to ensure no operational outages.- Staffing: Will provide timely and accurate data to Human Resources to ensure hiring is completed in a timely manner to staff the operations to meet the production demands.- Policy and Procedures Compliance: Will monitor all activities to ensure compliance and consistency in Policy and Procedures. Will work closely with Human Resources to respond to compliance issues.- Management Development: Will direct, coach, give feedback and support to operation management to develop management skills to meet the demands of the business. Will assign responsibilities and follow up to ensure performed properly.
