- Drive the creation and improvement of standardized work- Active participation in company projects, company development, identification of possible cost lowering measures, improved performance and productivity.- Follow MOC and HSE requirements for machinery (keep up to date technicaldocumentation, machine guarding, labeling, SOS and other instructions...)- Developing and implementing maintenance of methods, operation sequence andprocesses at the site.- Design engineering in coordinating the release of new products- Production label management and creation.- Implement OPF in production, changing of cell layouts in cooperation with operation manager.- Making of reverse engineering of transferred products and implement them to our production process (design of work stations and tools).- Solving of technical quality issues during production process.- Administration of work contents and BOMs (Bill Of Materials) in SAP.- Cooperate with team to implement changes and improvements into production process.- Making recommendations for tooling and process requirements of new or existingproduct lines.- Creation of technical drawings.- Project cooperation and support to other departments.- Production technical support to other departments.- Take part to new equipment definition with Advanced Manufacturing Engineeringteam.- Coordinate the machines and tooling suppliers to ensure the full implementation oftechnical projects and new product introduction projects.
