My role consists mainly of the following:- defining, developing and implementing the intermodal strategy for the NMBS-SNCB; - developing partnerships with existing and new players in Mobility;- working at the integration of mobility services for customers.In this role, I work closely with other departments with the NMBS-SNCB, to analyse market trends, identify client needs, and to improve the global intermodal customer experience by improving traveler information, our intermodal products and pricing, the sales experience as well as the intermodal infrastructure at stations and on the trains.
