Co founder of Sussex Prisoners' Families. Set up in 2013 we support families affected by the imprisonment of a family member through volunteer court advice teams, community support services, campaigning for the rights and voice of prisoners children, and training and consultancy.www.sussexprisonersfamilies.org.ukSince our set up in July 2013 we have had the privilege of working alongside over 100 volunteers who have supported over 2,000 family members in the courts, prisons and communities of Sussex. Our team has a passionate commitment to social justice, with almost half having lived experience of a loved one in the criminal justice system. We are constantly building and designing our services based on feedback from families, and welcome collaboration and partnership.

I am an award winner for the Grow It programme, receiving mentoring and commercial support to develop and scale up Sussex Prisoners' Families.

Managing rural services to families with pre school children. With specific responsibility for partnerships with Adult services (Mental Health, Domestic Abuse) and creating learning pathways for parents.

I was a student on, and receiving support from, the Lloyds Bank and Bank of Scotland Social Entrepreneurs Programme in 2014 and 2015

I had overall responsibility for the East Sussex Intensive Family Support Service, young peoples Connexions service and the Domestic Abuse service.

Responsible for development of crime prevention service for young people and families in Hove in partnership with the Community Safety Team, Youth Offending Service, Police and Local Authoroty teams. Coordinating the Extended Schools initiative across Hove shools

Managing youth services and developing community partnerships at the Flintstone Youth & Community centre.

Coordinating all Detached Youth Work in the community, developing integrating community development approaches into youth work delivery and building relationships with neighbourhood services.
