Parpas is an Italian company that build milling machine tools to satisfy the demands coming both from the aerospace and automotive industry as die cast dies and injection mold or forging dies without forgetting the requests coming from the general machining.Parpas has been always leading for its specific dedication to find solutions on specific needs of the customers. This attitude has been increasing during the years leading Parpas to be more a partner-solutions than a simple product supplier. The core of the project now is not only to solve the complex machining issues but more and more need of automation, machine's value added devices, innovative production strategies ensuring time per piece, increasing the quality with cost reduction, dedicated clamping systems, specific tool packages, programming softwares and global integration.Following this line, many of the machining centres manufactured by Parpas, are designed and manufactured to be structured, on demand, in production multi-machine cells fully automated and fully responding to the modern production strategies.I am employee in Parpas and in relation to the above I carry out the following tasks:• technical sales support through time study for manufacturing new pieces• design dedicated clamping system and research new tooling solutions to implement new machining projects or existing by increasing the quality both surface finishing and accurancy with cost reduction of productionI take care also to do:• machine geometrical testing• head geometrical testing• tuning of the TCPM • run off Cutomer/Parpas cutting test for Final Acceptance Testing• troubleshooting mechanical or PLC problems• the milling/turning machining training operators at the Clients' SiteI am able to operate with the new releases of the CN controllers Fanuc, Heidenhain, Siemens and also with the old controllers as Elexa, Selca and Fidia.

Racing Division is a part of OZ Company dedicated to build wheels for the motorsport for more than 30 years as Supplier of the most prestigious teams in all kind of World competitions (F1, Rally, Le Mans, DTM, Indy..). All the wheels are made throug milling and turning operations from aluminum/magnesium billet.As a CAM programmer I was personally involved in the development of the CAM programs for the creation of wheels for Ferrari and RedBull teams (completely new projects) and also for the review of the wheels for ToroRosso and Sauber teams.I have been involved both in the purchase and setup of new milling machines and also in the setup of the machines already present there were dedicated for these processes.I was also in charge to do the geometrical testing of the first pieces machined after the machine setup by using both the manual measuring instruments and the CMM machine in order to get the validation of the production.I took care of the relationships with the tools suppliers for purchase the tools for the production of all the wheels.

TFM SpA is a Paduan company among the European leaders in the sector specialized in the production of high-end precision mechanical components for the automotive, oil & gas and biking sectors. As a CAM programmer I was involved to develop the CAM programs for machining parts from solid block in AISI, Steel, Aluminum or for re-machinig parts after heat treatments, sinter stamping or carbon stamping too.I have been involved to setup the milling/turning machines were dedicated for these processes.I directly followed the projects for machining bike and motorbike parts (Campagnolo and Harley Davison), automotive (Continental).I also programmed and machined all the parts of the brake system of the "people move train" installed in VENICE. I was also in charge to do the geometrical testing of the first pieces machined after the machine setup by using both the manual measuring instruments and the CMM machine in order to get the validation of the production.

Italscale Fusalluminio produces aluminum parts of various and different dimensions, whose weight can vary from a few grams up to 20 Kg. They are equipped with fully automated cells by means of anthropomorphic robots.My job description there in Italscale was to develop the NC programs for all the different kind of the machines present in the shop floor, provide for the set up of them both for the production of new product or for the production of existing parts already machined.Another task of mine was to assist the operators in the case of production problems in order to limit the number of scrap parts and quickly put the machine back into production again.

The main business for Artica is the design and manufacturing of injection molds for the automotive industry, motorbike and for the electronic and electrical industry.As CAM programmer I have been involved to develop the programs for machining the mold designed from the technical departement.In addition to CAM programming, I was also involved in the setting up of 5-axis machines, of which I followed both the CAM programming and the machining setup in order to process the dies assigned in the scheduled time.

Saen deals with the co-design, design and construction of die-casting molds and trimming tools mainly for the automotive industry.My tasks as CAM programmer was to make CNC programs for machining:• graphite electrodes• holder blocks• insert• slide

I was employed as CAD/CAM programmer.As CAD programmer I followed both the design development of uppers for Nike sandals and slides, safety shoes and boots and then the engineering of the molds for the plastic injection of the products listed above.Whereas as CAM programmer I have been worked on the development of CAM operations for machining the molds designed.

My assignment was to work in the warehouse area and operate with vertical packaging machines with counting systems for the packaging of small metal components in polyethylene bags.
