Main Duties Include:• Business planning and strategy development including preparation of new business cases to exploit emerging opportunities in the retail marketplace, online and in international export markets including presentation to the board• Operational management of all vehicles and logistics, including load and route planning• Operational management of E-commerce business including development of digital strategy, establishment of multi-channel sales, all software and IT implementation• Management of the Distribution Centre including resource planning, inbound and outbound deliveries, production, quality control, stock counts, rotation, order fulfilment, and H&S • Sourcing and negotiating property acquisitions including retail units, office and warehouse accommodation, conducting needs analysis, liaising with agents, surveyors, contractors, solicitors and landlords to complete the acquisition • Contract negotiation and management of key sub-contractors, SLA’s and service providers with values in excess of £2m including management of the tendering process.• Relationship management of key corporate partners, including some of Europe’s biggest fashion brands including the successful negotiation of supply contracts with values in the £millions.• Financial forecasting, monitoring, budgeting and management with full P&L responsibility across multiple business units• Ensuring H&S compliance with all internal and external stakeholders including councils, public and private sector organisations.• Recruitment & selection, training, developing, and motivating new and existing staff members. • Organising and conducting regular meetings and training events• Performance appraisals, disciplinary proceedings and grievance hearings

Main Duties Included:• Design & Implementation of complete E-commerce business & marketing plan• Establishment & day-to-day management of business including logistics, inventory and customer service • Sourcing and managing outside contractors for graphic design, web design, accounting, marketing, web development etc.• Sourcing new suppliers & building healthy working relationships• Daily management of cash flows, budgets, purchase orders and accounts payable• Regular monitoring of P&L account and Balance Sheet

Main Duties Included:• Full day-to-day operational management of the business including admin, finance, marketing, IT and warehousing departments including all personnel• Systems administrator and sole point of contact for external ICT support provider• Business planning & strategy development including seeking and exploiting new commercial opportunities to grow the business• Design, development and implementation of full marketing campaign & e-commerce website• Key account manager for all customers with purchases over £200k p.a• Negotiating pricing, shipping and contracts of supply for new products and product ranges with some of the biggest brands in the Hair & Beauty industry• Financial control of the business including payroll, cash flow, credit control, monitoring, budgeting and management of all income and expenditure• Recruitment & selection, training, developing, and motivating new and existing staff members. • Organising and conducting regular office meetings and training events• Performance appraisals, disciplinary proceedings and grievance hearings• Building strong working relationships with major customers, suppliers and contractors.• Development & implementation of company wide policies & procedures.
