I was responsible for all preventive maintenance and repairs for a farming fleet of tractors , implements ,vehicles ,frost equipment & harvesting equipment for a large Vineyard management company in the Napa valley averaging 3500 acres annually including all custom harvesting.This also includes managing all of the maintenance staff and trucking staff.over the years I was involved in many projects such as developing night harvesting for hand picking wine grapes .Involved with in field hand sorting of wine grapes to mechanized sorting .Involved with farming hillside vineyards , using Crawlers, etc.Helped developed many different mechanized operations such as pre-pruning , over the row spraying , multi-use operations , over the row farming .Involved with machine grape harvesting
