Develop business requirements documents based on needs assessment. Analyze complex problems and issues and offer alternative business solutions. Serve as subject matter expert to the business units on TSYS and FDR. Conducts research and analysis on complex problems. Coordinate set/participate in testing and post-production verification. Able to accept and manage changing priorities and address issues quickly and professionally. Participate in internal meetings and discussions and act as a voice for the SOR group. Work closely with the system of records (TSYS and FDR) and the User Community to manage system changes, problems, enhancements, and conversion related projects. Initiate and track progress of projects submitted for various business areas. Maintain and query data using SQL queries. Manage creation of MQ/XML packets and enhancements to current packets. Serve as liaison for TSYS and FDR system problems (includes sending emails and troubleshooting).
