I am experienced working in the dental administrative sector being directly involved with 58 of 100 dental centers focusing on implant dentistry, each grossing over 12 million dollars per year. I was involved with onboarding doctors and clinical teams and developing curriculum for the onboarding and training. I started a solo practice in dentistry in 1983 and founded the Memphis Center for Cosmetic Dentistry in 1992, focusing on cosmetic procedures. I received Fellowship in the International Academy of Dental Facial Esthetics in 1998, and completed a one year residency at Baylor College of Dental Medicine with the focus on aesthetics. I attended the ILAPEO surgical training facility in Brazil, completing a double All on Four training. I have over 1000 hours on my AGD transcript and am eligible for the masters exam. I am licensed to practice in Tennessee and Colorado and studying for my Florida licensure.
