In the position I was responsible for support in Designing, Implementation and Maintenance of the whole IT infrastructure within the Headquarter Premises in Nairobi and the rest of their offices in the Region up to the full adoption, as well as the IT end user’s support and ensuring smooth access to platforms and applications – (On premises Server, MS-Azure, Email gateway, Panasonic IPBX, QuickBooks ERP, MS Outlook and MS SharePoint).

Implementation and Maintenance of the IT infrastructure, Install, Configure Printers, LAN/WAN.Updating the IT Asset registry.Collaborate with the IT supervisor to support ERP system Microsoft Dynamics and its Operations Administration functions such as: Managing User’s security Roles, User Trainings, and also collaborate with supervisor for ERP system updates.Ensure network stability and continuity in all areas all the time.User administration and authorization including Operational Support to the end-users and daily maintenance and troubleshooting of the IT Environment.Working closely with the end users and understand their needs and ensure they have the best possible solutions in line with the MCFCU IT standards and share knowledge, Skills & Experience Required.Represent IT department in front of the end users, Implement and Promote IT Standards and Solutions.Work with the supervisor to develop and manage the Disaster Recovery Procedure manual as well as conduct Business Impact Analysis.Work together with the IT Supervisor to update and enforcement all the IT security policies, procedures, and standards.Working with IT supervisor to manage IT infrastructure solutions – Sophos firewall, Panasonic IPBX, mail gateway.
