Denis is the head partner of the Madison Marcus Law Firm Property Group.Denis has practiced over 38 years predominantly in the property and property development law areas, with na interest in business law.Over that time Denis has acted for a number of property developers on a substantial number of landmark projects including residential and commercial acquisitions,development approvals, structuring issues and documentation including joint ventures, development deeds, shareholder and unit trust agreements,marketing and off the plan sales.Associated with property development work has come commercial and retail leasing documentation as well as strata title legislation.An additional focus has been business and commercial legal transactions covering setting up and advising on acquisition of businesses and companies, business setups as well as asset protection , business succession and sales of businesses and companies.Denis is currently a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Management,a Member of the Institute of Company Directors, a committee member of the Strata and Community Title Committee of the Urban Development Institute of Australia. In addition, a Past Member of the Law Society of New South Wales Property Committee and past director of Rotary Club of Guildford.
