Therefore, I did a specialization on this niche, and I could worked put them in practice over 7 years at the national renowned hospitals in Brazil.After I had worked in standard hotel and health care environment, I can say there is nothing more important than customers satisfaction. Through international costumer services and abroad life experience of 2 years, I could live with several culture types, where I had a chance to increase my work experience, and from that I had an opportunity to become a great professional in costumer service.
