• Responsible for master plan of entire engine/modules shop repair schedule• Responsible for ensuring the engines respected their milestones on the master schedule e.g. induction, disassembly, cleaning, inspection, repair, rebuild the sub modules and final assembly• Responsible for capacity production planning of modules/engines• Participated in General Manager’s production meeting by presenting the master plan and communicating daily/weekly objectives to the management team. • Developed various planning tools in Excel to monitor engines repairs and track key performance indicators .• Participated in numerous continuous improvement workshops (Kaizen and 3P) to reduce lead time• Created a "post-mortem" tracking system to identify delays in each repair step with team based approach for corrective action resolution
