Shortly after finishing school, I started working with my family in our real estate agency. Currently, I’m in my 4th year with Costa Prestige and I am actively learning new skills. We are a small agency where there is direct contact with our clients. All of this is incredibly useful for me, as I go all the way from cold-calling to closing deals with clients. I was put through a lot of stress, but it eventually only benefits me, as I learn to delegate and optimize our working methods. It is fundamental to keep an open mind and to continue learning new things from any situation – experience has been the top priority thus far in my career.
