I worked on the "1CUPIS" project, the only payment system for Russian legal bookmakers.I lead a team of 5 developers, 2 QA engineers and a system analyst. We developed an Anti-fraud system and several related services. During my work with the team, I managed:- to make the Anti-fraud one of the most performing nodes of the entire payment system, increasing its performance by 7 times, despite the constantly growing business logic- to implement approaches in the team that help to safely deliver features to a distributed system, reducing unsuccessful releases to a minimum- to arrange sharing of competencies in the team by conducting internal technical discussions, thereby reducing the influence of the bus factor- to streamline and systematize the maintenance of technical documentation by the teamWhat I also did:- team assessment, working on metrics, conducting 1:1 and providing feedback- participating in the development of architectural solutions, the negotiation of contracts- participating in the hiring process, interviewing developers- participating in the planning and estimation of projects- improving the development processes and CI/CD- code reviewing- coding (only when I have time for it)

I was responsible for the development of the Anti-fraud, all services in its infrastructure and for automating the business unit's operations.I made significant contributions to the project, including: - Enhancing the services' performance and stability by several times - Setting up a monitoring and alerting system that allows the team to identify and address any issues in the services - Integrating the system with incident control and government services, which significantly reduced the manual operations of my colleagues.

I developed backend and frontend for SaaS, an embedded product, and a small mobile application.Of the non-trivial things I had to do:- an integration with ActiveDirectory (users sync)- an embedded application for Xerox MFPsSince the team was small, I took on some more unusual functions, such as:- working with customers: deploying embedded software in their infrastructure, preparing for a presentation, consulting administrators- working with outsourcing teams- product delivery automation: packaging, uploading to S3, installation from S3 to the customer’s local network- publishing of a mobile application to Google Play and AppStore.

I was engaged in the automation of UI and API testing of the warehouse accounting system.In addition to the tests themselves, I developed elements of the company’s testing framework, and also set up CI in Jenkins: built pipelines for various types of tests (smoke, acceptance, integration), wrote Groovy scripts to update the test environment.

I looked for and established contacts with suppliers, was advertising, SEO, working with clients, sales, logistics, accounting, and others.My passion for optimization with Python led me eventually to IT.
