1. Liaising with the Relationship Officers to ensure Daily arrears & NPL recoveries for allocated branches are up to date.2. Demanding and enforcing payment of the bad debts Negotiating for repayments with bad debtors during recovery enforcement processMonitoring and constant follow-up for payments from bad debtors3. Contact client debtors by telephone, letter, email or fax, to agree debt recovery plans and follow up as appropriate•Reviewing documentation (all aspects of contract) to assess liability, identify contract issues and judge recoverability•Using knowledge and initiative to reach amicable solutions to settling debts on behalf of clients, taking into account circumstances of the case•Establish repayment schedules, monitoring repayment of debts, and adherence by debtors to installment schedules.•Researching debtor companies, assisting in researching laws and procedures to provide written advice to clients.

· Transfer data from paper formats into computer files or database systems using keyboards, data recorders or optical scanners· Type in data conveyed directly from clienteles· Create spreadsheets with large numbers of figures without mistakes· Verify data by comparing it to source documents· Update existing data· Re-claim records from the database or electronic files as requested
