Self-taught, I give a new dynamic impulse to my career in 2007 with a diploma of civil work engineer obtained in vocational training center in order to reach the managariale functions after a rewarding experience in building supplies. Recruited as site supervisor after my training, I contribuated to the success of the project by my involvement in the site requirements. After this first successful experience in production and management of manpower (400 people), I was recuited as site superintendant in 2010 by GEMO. Under the responsibility of the project manager, this experience has allowed me to get a very know-how in the site documents procedures, compliance with technical clauses and safety. Recruited as project manager by Socotec in 2012 to manage a project of Congolese construction ministry, i had to face with the complexity of a public market, I succeeded through my capacity to dialogue and negotiate to delivery my project on time and without budget overspending. At the end of my contract (June 2016), I was called by FM SERVICES, Brazzaville, Congo to take up the post of technical manager. Present at the creation of the company, this job is a new challenge for me. Through my professional skills and the wealth of my career, I provide guarantees on the credibility of the company , increase customers loyality and new markets over a short period of time. In 10 years, by my personnal commitment in the success of the projects to wich I participated, I reached my personal aim to get technical / construction management position but I stay ready for new challenges.
