I have : Coordinated studies and production of architectural and work drawings in order that the production is never stopped by lack of drawings. Made the work schedule according to the tasks and the delays of supplies by air and sea freight. Advised and assisted the client in his technical choices in order to anticipate and optimize maintenance of the buildings . Tracking of production and run all wekly meetings. Supervised testing-commissionning and all the related contractual documents. My management of client, contracting authority, delegated contracting authority, architect and main contractor hallowed the first delivery in May 2015 (7 buildings) , the second (4 buildings) in November 2015 and The last in June 2016.

Angola

GEMO was consultant for TTA2 tower, main office of TOTAL (gas and oïl company) in Angola.Project cost US$200,000,000; Build up area 37, 000 m2, 17 levels with two ancillary buildings. The first with 10 levels includes an auditorium and parking (500 spaces), restaurant (can accommodate 1000 people/day). The second comprises the machinery rooms and technical premises. Under the responsabily of the project manager I managed:- Compliance with the specifications, submittals, French standards and European fire norms- Coordination between client, developer, architect, main contractor and technical controller for the conformity with French regulations for high building and public building- In charge of the planning, I followed the progress, doing needed corrective schedule and organizing a daily (coordination and safety) meeting with the general contractor and the sub-contractors- Control of monthly progress report shown by the main contractor, I checked also the claims, made no conformity record (NCR) and followed the corrective actions - Testing-commissioning; supervision of MEP tests (HVAC, fire protection, plumbing, elec) , punch lists, furniture’s installation planning, final cleaning , building delivery I contributed towards to the handing over at the right time with quality conform to European regulations and norms

United Arab Emirates

Oger was main contractor for UAE University Development Projects – Al Ain U.E.A. Project cost US$400,000,000, Build up area of 245,200m2 with 10 - 7 level Residence Building,1 Kitchen & Dining Building, 3 Sports Facilities Building, 5 Engineering & Science Bldg., 6 Laboratory Building, 1 Library, Great Hall & Office. I was in charge of accommodation building (420 rooms), handing over 2009, November- I supervised and coordinated all works from concrete up to the finishes- I optimized the masonry (30000 m2 for my building ) doubling the daily production- I proposed variations to the consultant in order to simplify some tasks- New organization with the general foreman to increase the production with better repartition of the manpower(400 people) - I managed the safety on my area (PPI, company safety rules)- In collaboration with QAQC department , I guaranteed the quality of the work done I decreased cost and delay and improved the quality of masonry/finishes
