- Manage the portfolio of 52 service centres and self-owned HQ up to 15,000 sqm- Liaise with government departments / quasi-government corporations (SWD, BD, ASD, HA, HKHS) to facilitate application of Lotteries Funded building / refurbishment projects- Coordinate with internal and external parties on repairs, renovation and A&A projects- Identify risks and hazards then provide professional input to various team members and users

- Projects delivered include office fit-outs, reinstatement, A&A and new built developments- Project and stakeholder management throughout project lifecycle- Building consultancy services, covering building regulations, planning and leases- Technical due diligence surveys on commercial, industrial, and institutional properties- Collaborate with QS in providing asset enhancement strategies

- Scrutinising minor work items, new building, demolition and drainage plan submissions under Cap. 123 Buildings Ordinance- Audit reports submitted by RI and QP under MBIS/MWIS scheme- Inspection for occupation permits and completion of A&A works- Prepare tender documents for building works regarding government owned properties- Execute contracted works with awarded vendors, fulfilling time, cost and quality standards
