I've come a long and interesting way from a simple producer to a partner in a video production company. Under my guidance a lot of commercials and CG projects of different complexity have been realized. I believe it is very important to build the right working process, to create the right atmosphere in the team and lead people, not lead them. Great work comes from: the right environment, the right processes, the right understanding of the client's business.
