Leveraged a simplified Groovy DSL for template markup, utilizing Apache POI, which saved significant development time for creating new reports. This module contributed to a 6.3% increase in the quarterly Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI).- Developed a dynamic image resizing service. It optimized the resolution of original images based on front-end requests and stored frequently requested resized images, resulting in a substantial improvement in page load times for end-users.2. In collaboration with corporate headquarters of IT companies (Electronic Arts, MSI, Toshiba etc.), I developed and executed media strategies tailored for the local market.
