CurrentMachine Learning ProjectCreation and training, Plume Detection Model for automatic recognition of smoke emissions from factory chimneys. To develop a Model for automatic recognition activity status of smoke emissions interacting with pipelines in Azure environments, processes images from video cameras in real time.Stack: ML, Ai, Cloud and Software, Python, JavaScript, AzureRoles & Responsibilities:• Managing multinational teams (US, Belarus, Ukraine);• Getting requirements from the Teem Lead and Product Owner and writing up tasks for the team;• Leading project planning, scheduling and reporting;• Conducting risk assessment;• Working with agile methodology (Scrum, Kanban, Scrumban, Waterfall);• Hosting daily Scrum, Project meetings, Backlog Grooming sessions and Retrospective meetings with the team;• Responsible for gathering all teams performance statistics and metrics to analyze and understand how teams are performing; • Releases / cross projects’ releases planning;• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders and providing project status update;• Using Project management tools to track project performance and schedule adherence (Jira, Confluence, Slack, Slide-Desk in PPT).
