Denis is Finance Director at Celtic Venture Partners and is responsible for the firm’s finance functions. He manages Celtic’s audit process and prepares the quarterly and annual financial reports for all the Celtic funds and special purpose vehicles (SPVs). He also handles new investor onboarding and manages Celtic’s online investor portal.Prior to joining Celtic House in 2005, Denis was the Controller at Wesley Clover Corporation, the private holding company of billionaire serial tech entrepreneur Sir Terence Matthews. Prior to that, Denis held various financial positions at several technology companies and financial institutions.
