Participation in projects as a Team Lead and Developer.The main project with my participation is platform for integrated planning, witch is a product of company.In this project I'm responsible for reporting and business algorithms for such modules as Demand Planning, SNP, Production scheduling.Develop and deploy different BI solutions on Apache Superset and Yandex DataLens. Creating and optimisation algorithms inside the modules of the platform.

My role contains follow main responsibilities:1) responsible for every reporting tools for Sales department.2) responsible for some reportig for other departments such as Marketing, Customer Service, Quality, Finance3) Team leading and development of BI team as part of sales department.The main goal is to support any commercial needs, from integration of new data sources to driving changes at existed Dashboards and Reports.My team and I supported and developed whole commercial reporting from daily sales report to KPI for sales team.Also created ad-hoc reports and tools for other departments based on different data sources - manual data, ERP data and etc.Achievements in this role:- Developed new ways of working for BI Team. Agile aproach for developing with task tracker, estimations of tasks and other artifacts. - Way of working with End Users has been changed: daily support, User Guide and etc.- Implemented ways of working and rules for ELT and DWH - architecture, objects naming, own Python Library for ELT and so on.- Re-newed whole "old reporting" backend- Developed ways of working for Product Masterdata inside the our business unit- Developed new dashboards and analytics according business needs.

Team leader and Developer - in-house and outsourced development.The main goal is to support any commercial needs, from integration of new IR solution to driving changes in finance commercial tools(e.g. on-invoice factors calculations)Responsible for:- Developing BI Reporting and other tools within sales department. Including support organisation in preparing and providing required analytical reports – both standard and ad-hoc.- Analyse business requirements and create specifications- Ensuring that all team members understand and follow existing standards. Supervise and guide team members- Support users of sales systems to assure functioning of effective user-support process.- Ensuring and coordinating day-to-day support to end users to provide highest possible level of service and timely response. Was responsible for the financial systems (SAP, Financial Transaction Manager ( based on Mainframe)). Maintenance of data in systems (prices, discounts, deferred payments, masterdata). Was responsible for Inventory accounts in SAP (mainly vehicles). Responsibilities:- The Customer’s master data support;- Control and validation of data in systems and invoices:• of stock in for vehicles; • of stock out (cancellation of damaged vehicle);• of other costs (fees, duties, excise, freight); - Daily reconciliation of financial systems among themselves and with logistics systems;- Control and validation of margins, discounts, extra charges accuracy;- Control and validation of invoices to dealers;- If necessary, correction of invoices, namely reverse in the systems, creation of new invoices;- Organization of storage of documents;Participation in the Finance Monthly Closing, preparation of reports :- Confirmation of wholesales (at the end of each month using COPA(SAP))- Confirmation of Inventory account balances.- Calculation of excise for manufactured cars .- Calculation of royalties to be paid .- Preparation of other AD-HOC reports.
