Основная задача – свести тактику к минимуму.В работе всегда двигаюсь параллельно по двум направлениям: 1. организационное планирование и контроль2. проектное планирование и контрольЛинейный опыт работы в проектировании и строительстве дает свои результаты и вопросы «что?», «как?» и «почему?» возникают редко, а если и возникают, то знаю где и как быстро найти ответ. Как говорил мой институтский преподаватель «не нужно стараться запомнить ответ, нужно уметь быстро его найти».Зачем каждый раз объяснять что то, если можно сделать 1 раз пошаговую инструкцию, что бы у исполнителя просто не возникало вопросов. Как «Lego», что бы конструкция была устойчивой, каждый блок должен стоять на своем месте. Есть идея, есть цель. Понятна цепочка к ее достижению. 1 человек не может быть экспертом во всем. Нужна команда. Команда, работающая как один организм, идущая к одной цели. Мотивация штука тонкая, и у каждого она своя. Да у каждого игрока команды цель может быть разной, где то схожей, где то нет, задача выявить эту цель и слить с основной целью команды. Для этого нужно уметь не просто слушать, но и слышать.
