• Ensure all pre start up materials both SFG & PM (manual labelling and coding) are availed sbefore the start of a shift.• Prepare reconciliation report of materials received in production both physically and in the SAP system.• Account for all reserved materials (SKU wise) for the previous shift and plan for the coming shift.• Prepare the weekly plan for the SKU that will run in a week.• Guide and supervise the reservation, reconciliation and confirmation clerks to ensure successful execution of the shift wise plan.• Ensure that the performance of reservation and confirmation teams is highly effective to mitigate against errors and gaps.

Weighing all trucks entering inside the Company to be loaded and off loaded, assist in carrying out calibrations at the weighbridge, generating and submission of daily reports to Raw Material Manager, Materials Manager, Auditors, Imports Manager and proper maintenance of equipments and any other duty as would be assigned by my line Supervisor.

These many activities among other included; being responsible to The Electoral Commission of the Republic of Uganda through the sub county supervisor and the parish supervisor, to carryout Registration of New voters, Transfer of voter’s particulars, retaking of Voter's Missing Images and omissions, displaying the National Voter’s Registry, monitoring free and fair elections, guiding voters, polling agents and observers on election process etc.
