Lean Manager, Platform Level
Lean-Office implementation and coordination of joint work with different offices for managing Kaizen-projects and other tools, directed at non-valued time reduction, in order to reduce costs, improve lead-time and increase Customer satisfaction level.Assist employees at all levels with implementation of all elements of the Lean Enterprise.Facilitate leaning activities (kaizen blitzes, action plan reviews) within the company. Run 5S, Lean, TQE trainings.Develop and facilitate projects needed to support key product-based value streams.Develop lean leaders within the organization and coordinating them. Mentoring team members to lead elements of the Enterprise.Participate at department activities on continual improvement, value-stream mapping workshops, applying Lean-tools.Develop key performance metrics to track the progress achieved and to look for the opportunities for improvement. Implement the strategic approach of continuous improvement.
