Management of application development process (Scrum and Kanban methodology) by creating user story’s and business requirement tasks for developers.Holding regular meetings with developers and planning further development. Coordination of testing and production releases. Prioritization and coordination with other Product Owners. Reporting to stakeholders.Project management - Research and communication with all involved departments, finding external services and partners as needed, listing requirements, and writing business requirements specifications.Data warehouse analysis and setting up tracking (XiTi, GA, or custom) for specific key processes, functionalities, and KPI-s when preparing a new project.Working on long-term business roadmap and yearly planning.

Responsible for quality and stability of Njuškalo platform. Leading Quality Assurance team, creating test plans and scenarios for upcoming projects. Work on making every platform core system redundant and self-sustained. Responsible for monitoring platforms performance (speed, server usage, response time).

Administration of content of Njuškalo platform. Responsible for project testing and bug ticketing. Internal and level 2 support for other departments in the company and end-users.

Control of paid and free ad postings. Telephone and e-mail communication with private users to give them advice and support. Daily controls of the company's core website functionality. Bug reporting and communication with level 2 support.
