Responsible for the purchase and follow up of the Sow Casting machine and crucible cleaning center, plant layout preparation including follow-up on ventilation system design. approximatly ($35M) ALCAN ATI AEROSPACE aluminum plate mill Issoire. Involved in an Independent Project Review for an aluminium plate and sheet mill for Alcan ATI. Responsibilities included to develop and check the cost estimate and to identify areas for focus to support the board approval. $350 M project.RUSAL project Completion of due diligence assignment and preparation of competent persons report for the bank. (Confidential client). Visited six plants in Russia. The client was specialized in Aluminium Sheet stock foil rolling and aluminium scrap recycling.North East alliance Alcoa-Hatch. Alcoa Baie Comeau for the Rod Mill and Properzi Capacity Increase. Wrote the technical specifications for a new lubrication unit for the rod mill along with a new emulsion return tank. Responsible for the design basis document for the complete process and capacity increase $M10 project.Involved in the following proposal preperation.
