Responsible for the launch and growth of the new product for Alfa Investments

FG BCS is a leading investment company in Russia that generates most of the trading volume on Russian exchanges. I’m responsible for the development and growth of BCS Express (> 1M MAU) – an analytical platform for investors with news, investment education, financial analyses, investment ideas, own social network, etc. Team of 10 people (Dev, QA, SA, Design). - New global search (x2 CR to successful users’ search);- New content pages (+5% to recirculation to the recommended content, +27% to CR to content page opening);- Onboarding launch & New funnel into account opening (x5 to traffic to the account opening page, +47% to number of accounts opened)- MAU has been grown by 17%

Bitrix24 is a leading CRM system and SaaS platform in Russia with more than 12,000,000 clients around the world. Here, besides Product Marketing activities I was leading a project ( ~ 1M MAU) and managing a team of 10 people (UI, copywriters, dev).
