I have 15 years of hydrogeological experience spanning different aspects of the mining industry, including mining operations, consulting and research.4 years of on-site mining experience in site-based operational role at Polyus PJSC (largest gold mining company in Russia), providing practical advice and supervision on dewatering and depressurization to mitigate slope stability risks for the Company deposits.High level of proficiency in: project management, feasibility and technical studies, risk assessment of hydro hazards, prediction underground in-flows in open-pit and underground mines, design of hydrogeological monitoring and dewatering systems, hydrogeological audits, provision of training to mine site personnel, preparation of hydrogeological documentation; developing of hydrogeological work programs for all design levels (SS, FS, PFS, Operation); analysis of in-field hydrogeological tests, performing in-field packer tests.
