As a Mechanical Engineer at Bet Shemesh Enginees, I am responsible for working on a new products of casting division, designing special tools for CMM, 3D scanning and X-ray inspection machines. My key accomplishments include: • Building an automation system for inspections on 3D scanning machines using GOM measuring system. Made inspections faster and more accurate, speeding up the process by 80% and reducing errors. • Designed fixtures for automating CMM inspections: Cut inspection time by 40%, boosting production capacity and efficiency • Introducing the use of 3D printing for product prototyping in production, which has greatly improved the efficiency and accuracy of our manufacturing process. Developing and modernization of elements for biological and chemical protection, developing 3D models and sketches, searching for elements, details, and materials for the projects.Developed these projects: • an air distribution system in the space of self-contained atmospheric protective equipment; • a turbo block for autonomously filtered air-feeding to self-contained atmospheric protective equipment;• a transport insulating box for laboratory tests in field conditions;• a turbo block for air ventilation with a control console for the transport insulating box.

Project commissioned by Tesla Motors. Project included designing and assembling braking unit for testing. Tested braking force and studied noise levels from braking mechanism.• Developed braking units and mechanisms.• Adjusted systems required for the project.• 3D designed parts, assemblies, and drawings in Solidworks.

I had pre-Diploma practice at State Rocket Center «Academician V.P. Makeev Design Bureau» in the department of experimental research and development. Made the graduation project on topic: "Ground tests of the demand system and removal of the head fairing from the rocket's trajectory", which included: • Modeling of 3D objects, • Drawing of engineering documentation • Calculations of moving trajectory of head fairing in vacuum condition in MatLab Simulink software
