I have wild experience in conducting legal due diligence (LDD) in relation to corporate rights, corporate governance in Belarusian and foreign companies, as well as in relation to other issues in the framework of transactions and in support of investment projects and M&A transactions. I have extensive experience in representing the interests of both foreign and national clients (including construction and IT companies) in negotiations with government agencies; provides legal support to large businesses and start-ups on a wide range of issues in the field of corporate law.
