•Managing the daily responsibility of a production laboratory of engineered fluid flow solutions to combustion systems.•Development of advanced Low NOx equipment technology through Physical modeling and Computer Fluid Dynamics (CFD) modeling of combustion air systems and furnaces. •Application of combustion system performance optimization to Utility, Refinery and Industrial boilers / furnaces, both single burner and multi-burner applications.•Trouble Shooting of Combustion / System problems with Kepner Tregoe and/or Root Cause Analysis.Specialties:•Optimization of fluid flow through combustion systems to boilers / furnaces for Utility, Refinery and Industrial applications.

•Project and Schedule Management, collecting and ensuring accurate detailed information from project engineers and client contacts to performing on-site inspections while maintaining a rapid cycle schedule, delegating and outsourcing workloads.•Process Engineering and Quality Assurance, design & approval of all fabricated models holding tight tolerances. Testing of models holding specific criteria for optimal equiment performance in field, and submission of final written documentation of studies.•Engineering Support and Computer Programming, assisting Sales Engineers with proposals and Field Engineers with equipment installation and start ups. Writing appropriate code using VBA for assistance with drawings and data management.•Client Presentations, producing contract and sales video presentations and client witness presentations.•CFD Modeling, experience using Fluent software.

•Established & headed CAD department; in charge of preparation & completion of any electronic final documents required.•Field work including Land Surveying, Soil Testing, Map and Deed Research.•Quantity and Cost Estimating.•Conducting Sieve Analysis tests on soil samples.
