One of the first 100 employees at Twitch.Part of the initial meetings for global outreach.Duties involved:- Dealing with competition and strategic thinking around it to keep the site growing on the region;- Community Managing, onboarding new partners and teaching them how to use the site correctly focusing on small channels to grow the base further;- Consulting for the main office, giving ideas and pointing directions where the company should focus to keep growing on the region;- Events on ground support; usually when there were big events, I was there to make the brigde between the support from Twitch's end and the event organizers;- Meetings with potential partners from business to big influencers aquisitions;- Support for all partners, there were almost 600 at that time.Achievements & projects made:- To deal with the competition taking partners away, I started a project where I would create ways for new partners to promote themselves, giving advices about where they should go to promote and also creating those channels. For example, the Twitch Brazil group on facebook [https://www.facebook.com/groups/twitchbr/], a place used for these means until nowadays.With this strategy, I was able to keep the site growing even if the competition was able to take away most of our big partners at the time. - Events activation: i was scooping for new events for Twitch to join and giving the main office pointers where we could be, we were at most big events at the time like BGS, XMA, BRMA, AGE and CCXP.Even tho I was most of my time doing these works only by myself in the region, we were able to start the big project that Twitch Brazil is today.Until this day I am most grateful to the time I spent working at Twitch, cause it gave me challenges and tools for me to grow as a a person and also as a professional, while I was working on making the company grow.
