I investigated and built 13 possible actions against Directors and Officers of "PHOENIX COMPANIES" of which 12 settled by way of Mediation, with one proceeding to Court Action namely Credit Corporation Aust Pty Ltd vs Atkins and others, this action Credit Corporation obtained Judgement against Defendants and is now case law.
