About Denis Sumin
I am a software engineer with R&D experience in computer graphics / image / S3D video processing and the knowledge of Internet-services internals.I got the specialist (eq. to master) degree in Applied Mathematics and Computer Science at Moscow State University. While studying at the university, I took part in the R&D projects of Graphics and Media Lab and YUVsoft. This work was devoted to various problems of S3D content creation and evaluation, methods of stereoscopic demonstration. Since 2014 I moved to another field and worked on improving the performance of NGENIX CDN (Content Delivery Network).Starting from 2016, I'm working as a researcher at Max-Plank Institute for Informatics in the field of computer graphics, specifically, on improving materials' appearance reproduction both in the rendering and fabrication (3D printing) using data-driven methods.
