Ensuring that agents receive enough funds to cover port charges and avoid delays to vessels-Prepare vessels freight, hire, off-hire, demurrage, dispatch and dead freight invoices-Inform charterers about vessels readiness, current position and prospective ETA-Monitor vessels bunker status. Order bunkers as required in communication with Masters.
