As a developer, I actively participated in projects for developing and implementing new functionality for B2B and B2C Support based on BMC Remedy, as well as improving integration with Kaspersky CompanyAccount.I played an active role in the project to migrate BMC Remedy 8.1 to version 22.1. As part of this project, numerous custom workflows were rewritten and adapted, including integrations with various services.During the project, I gained extensive experience in data migration and customizations, and I mastered technologies such as development on BMC Helix Innovation Studio and data migration using BMC Helix Data Manager.

As an experienced developer, I currently specialize in utilizing the Remedy Developer Studio platform to develop new features and improve the frontend of SmartIT, DWP Mid-Tier, and other products using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS technologies. Additionally, I provide exceptional customer support for BMC Software products to ensure the smooth operation of platforms and processes. I have a keen ability to reverse engineer and troubleshoot technical issues with BMC products. Currently, I manage and participate in significant projects aimed at implementing new products and integrating them with third-party systems such as JIRA, Active Directory, and certificate centers. I also oversee implementation and development teams to ensure project success.

As a system development and support team leader, I have overseen many successful projects. Among my most notable accomplishments was leading a major project to upgrade the Remedy 7.1 and Remedy 9.1.02 hybrid platform to version 20.02 (9.1.10). This included implementing the new system and migrating all necessary customizations and data to the new platform, as well as implementing functionality to migrate attachments from the system to the corporate data warehouse. In addition, I played a key role in the implementation of the Smart IT product and development on the Smart IT platform using all possible customization methods such as REST, JavaScript, provider actions and others. I was also responsible for implementing the DWP portal for external contractors and DWP design, which included implementing JS banners and custom CSS styles and customization based on business need. Another significant accomplishment was the successful implementation of Smart Reporting and BMC Discovery. In addition, I oversaw the migration of about 3,000 users from various business units to BMC. Finally, I was instrumental in making the system more resilient under heavy load, ensuring optimal performance for all users.

As an Remedy expert, I have provided crucial support for the resilience of BMC Remedy by maintaining a fleet of 90 servers. I have also demonstrated my aptitude for developing new and improved functionality on the Remedy platform, specifically on versions 9.1.02, 9.1.07, and 9.1.10. My expertise in optimizing internal processes and processes of related departments has been particularly valuable in this regard. Additionally, I have been instrumental in resolving technical problems within the system, ensuring seamless functionality. Another noteworthy accomplishment includes successfully implementing the BMC Remedy instance 19.02 on the new Azure platform for external contractors and configuring system integrations for optimal performance.

In my role as an IT Analytics, I have demonstrated proficiency in various technical tasks, including formalizing business requirements, developing SRD's and SRM's on the Remedy platform, and performing operational activities such as access management and SLM and SRM configuration. I have also been involved in building and optimizing internal business processes for multiple departments. In addition, I have extensive experience in upgrading the Remedy platform, including contributing to the migration from version 7.1 to 9.1. My technical expertise and attention to detail have enabled me to excel in all aspects of IT service management.
